Collection & Use of Personal Information
It is the policy of PSYCMart, LLC (d/b/a Dr. Gregg), herein named “Dr. Gregg,” to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. We have developed this privacy policy for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of personal information.
When you use our website, and when you communicate with us through our website, we may collect personal information about you. By "personal information," we mean information that is unique to an individual and by which the individual may be identified, such as name, address, social security number, or health or financial information that is associated directly with an individual. This information is collected in order to provide services to you and to continue to improve and enhance our service offerings. We will collect and use personal information solely for fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other ancillary purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

Privacy of Personal Information
Dr. Gregg uses reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of your personal information, including encrypting personal information as it is transmitted between your computer and Dr. Gregg via our website. In addition, employees of Dr. Gregg are subject to privacy and compliance policies relating to personal information.
When using Dr. Gregg’s website, you may be assigned a username (User ID) and/or password. Your password is your private key to access your account and personal information. To maintain the privacy of your account, you should never share your password with anyone. In addition, you should change it periodically and you should select a password that is difficult for others to identify.
Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. We will protect personal information by using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information. We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

Non-Personal Information
We may use and disclose to others information about you and your use of the website by which you are not identified, such as the type of browser you use, the files you request, the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) and geographic location from which you request information, the URL that you came from and go to and similar information, and information compiled in the form of statistical, demographic, or aggregated information about visitors generally to the website. This information is referred to in this document as "Non-Personal Information."
We utilize technical mechanisms such as cookies and pixel tags (also called clear gifs) to gather non-personal site usage information. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent the use of cookies. If you turn off cookies in your browser, however, some portions of our site may not be available to you. Pixel tags are imbedded in the web page and note visits to certain site locations. They may also be used in email communications to note if you have received and opened email communications from us.

Mobile Privacy
We record your phone number when you send it to us, ask us to remember it, or make a call or send a text message or SMS to Dr. Gregg.
Most of the other information we collect for mobile, such as your device and hardware IDs and device type, the request type, your carrier, your carrier user ID, the content of your request, and basic usage stats about your device and use of Dr. Gregg's products and services does not by itself identify you to Dr. Gregg, though it may be unique or consist of or contain information that you consider personal.
If you use GPS-enabled products and services, such as Apple or Google Maps® and/or your devices’ Location Services, you may be sending us real-time geographical information which may reveal your actual physical location, your approximate location, or other GPS data.
Certain use of our products and services allow you to download and/or personalize the content you receive from us. For these products and services, we will record information about your downloads and preferences, along with any information you provide yourself. If the product or service requires you to log in with an account, this information will be associated with your account.
All requests must be sent through your mobile carrier's network and your carrier may have access to it. For information regarding your carrier's treatment of your information, please consult your carrier's privacy policies.
We may share your information with certain third parties we use to perform certain functions, such as billing and electronic messaging. These third parties will be required to treat your information in accordance with Dr. Gregg’s applicable privacy policies. We may also share some information with your wireless operator in order to perform customer service functions.

Please be aware that once you leave our website and view another website, which may occur in an embedded web view, you may be subject to different privacy policies over which Dr. Gregg has no control and for which Dr. Gregg is not responsible. Dr. Gregg uses multiple communication channels, including phone, text, email, social media, mobile app, website, secure messaging, and live chat, to exchange information with you as a website visitor, provide any services you may request, and perform other functions.
While we strive to ensure that your information remains private, be aware that certain channels you may use to communicate with us may not adhere to the same strict privacy standards and we caution against their use. When you communicate with Dr. Gregg using one of these channels (e.g. asking a question using a social media platform such as Facebook or Instagram, or requesting an appointment via text message or a messaging platform such as Messenger, iMessage or WhatsApp, etc.), you give your express consent to receive a response from Dr. Gregg using the same channel. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict the use of that channel at any time.

Dr. Gregg reserves the right to change this privacy policy from time to time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any changes by sending an email or letter that contains a link to the revised policy.
